Nothing Phone 1 - Refuse to repair my mobile which is in Warranty

My nothing * is in Warranty (purchased it on ** Feb ****) ,a black post start showing on right side of screen so I took my phone to service centre , every thing was going as usual they told me they will call when repairing is done. After * days they call me and told me there dent in mobile and they will not able to repair it.
