hello, my name is Jatin dhadwal I purchase a product on *th June after delivery of the product I found that the product is broken as the screen is damaged and the inner side of the packaging if damaged. I had no choice but to use that because I do not have the other phone but that phone was not functioning properly as the battery is draining. so I decided to raise a complaint after two days but my complaint was canceled three times because of the wrong guidance from Flipkart customer support. after struggling a lot with Flipkart the return request is made on the **th of July but that request is still pending today the **th of July. moreover after sharing lots of pictures of the product Flipkart asking the product pictures again by saying that that was not clear or something missin. without any hesitation, I shared pictures again but now I m seeing that the date of resolution increased from *th August to *th August. I raised complaints so many times by mailing, doing comments, and posting on Twitter but no solution was found. they are just delaying my refund acceptance request by giving nonsense reasons. I request to initiate my refund as I have a flight on the *nd of August and I also discussed the same with Flipkart many times. please help me with my refund, I m very disappointed with Flipkart services and they disturbed me a lot by changing the resolution date and not giving my refund. I TRUST FLIPKART AND THEY NEVER BREAK BUT THIS TIME THEY MADE ME MORE ANGRY BY DOING THIS SILLY THING
