Xpressbees Courier - Refuse to deliver itels through courier

Courier to my address done from mulbai branch by Boats company on **.rd March but it is yet to reach. The local courier office is refusing to deliver me in my address and sending false information to their office for my refusal to take the delivery. Complain raised on *rd, *th and *th April in their customer no:*********** but yet to be solved. My Avm no is:*************.Thinking to take legal action.
