I signed up with Livspace for your home interiors on **th january, **** with Rs *, **, *** as **% booking amount for a project scope of full home design.Due to covid i had to delay my project and i resumed recently on * september.
i was assigned a designer called Prakash Raghav who wasted *-* days of mine and commited that he will deliver the project after * days.
AFTER EXACT * days he said that his senior manager does not think he should work on my project which he only clarified to me after the end of * days.
Then we went to livspace experience centre in OKHLA and decided to resume my project with a new designer on ** SEPTEMBER...
WE STARTED BY DESIGNING A ROOM AND ITS * OCTOBER...
I WAS TOLD I WILL GET *DS AND COMPLETE BOQ
THEY CANT DESIGN A ***. SQFT ROOM IN * MONTH...
i have recieved *ds and still jut a partial BOQ IN * MONTH..
I COMPLAINED IN LIVSPACE REGARDING SAME...SO THEY SENT ME BOQ TODAY WHICH COMPRISES PAINTING AND FALSE CEILING (WITHOUT WOODEN WORK) (WITHOUT PROVIDING LIGHTS)(WITHOUT PANELLING) YET ITS *.* LAKH JUST FOR *** SQ FT AREA...
THEY HAVE ADDED * SOCKETS IN ONE SMALL ROOM...JUST TO INCREASE MY AMOUNT..
THEY HAVE ADDED MONEY TO COVER THE DOOR WHILE PAINTING EHICH IS **** BUCKS..
THE BOQ THEY HAVE PROVIDED SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE CHECKED...
i wanted to design a * bhk and was given a tentative quotation of ** lakh which included changing marble...all furniture all kitchen all wardrobes...a lot of civil work...IN THAT THE FALSE CEILING WAS *** RS PER SQFT...ADDING SO MANY SOCKETS...* SOCKET FOR *** SQ FFT AREA MAKES NO POINT...SHE IS SAYING THAT I SHOULD JUST GET THIS ROOM DONE BY HER AND THEN HIRE SOMEONE ELSE...AS THIER TIMELINE WILL REMAIN THE SAME...THEY TAKE MONTHS IN DESIGNING A. ROOM AND THEN BOQ TAKES ANOTHER MONTH...ON CALL I SARCASTICALLY ASKED THE MANAGER IF WORK WILL BE COMPLETED IN A YEAR...SHE ACTUALLY SAID YES...
I DO NOT HAVE IT IN ME TO DEAL WITH THIS DAILY MENTAL TORTURE..
GOING WITH LIVSPACE WOULD MEAN AN YEAR TO ENTER MY NEW HOME...I AM PAYING RENT...I CANNOT AFFORD THAT...AND GETTING ONE ROOM DESIGNED BY THEM AND REST BY SOMEONE ELSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ME...EVEN THEIR DESIGN PROCESS IS REALLY WEIRD AS THEY HAVE ADDED * SOCKETS IN A SMALL ROOM JUST TO INCREASE COST.
The price initially quoted and the price sheet provided now have significant increase which is against the Livspace policy where you clearly mention no hidden cost and other stuff.
We have raised concern with customer support of livsPAce but THE COMPLAINT GETS FORWARDED TO THE MANAGER GEETIKA WHO is not solving anything..
if she was capable enough i wouldnt have complained thrice in a month.
i have asked them to change my team severral times but again they have no one experienced working in the centre...
i have tried everything in hope that my isssue will be resolved...
i would like a full refund of my amount as these people are not capable of designing a *bhk...they just know how to obtain booking amount..after that they dont work as they want people to ask for refund and their refund policy clearly states that only half amount can be refunded that too in livspace credits...so you have to purchase something from there for half amount..
Moving to a new home is a dream for everyone and Livspace has ruined it completely.
The only thing we are asking now is to provide us a refund asap so that we can still think of having a better beginning in our new home.
