I LOST MY MOBILE PHONE ON **.**..** AND ACCORDINGLY LODGED COMPLAINT WITH POLICE. YESTERDAY I WENT TO VODAFONE STORE AT KRISHNA NAGAR DELHI-****** FOR ISSUE OF DUPLICATE SIM OF MY VI NUMBER **********. TO MY SHOCK THEY REFUSED TO ISSUE ME A DUPLICATE SIM ON THE PRETEXT THAT I HAVE A PREPAID PLAN AND I HAVE TO FIRST CONVERT IT TO POSTPAID PLAN ONLY THEN THEY WILL ISSUE A SIM. SUCH A BLACKMAIL FROM A COMPANY LIKE BIRLA IS DIFFICULT TO DIGEST. CAN ANYBODY HELP.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
