The Case Factory India - Refusal to accept return request and pay the refund

Out of the * cases I ordered, only one of them fits my phone well . Order ID S******. I've being contacting them on a regular basis since the last * days and they refuse to check their mails and reply. I even sent em the video for unproper fitting they not even replying . This is getting out of my hands as I don't have any more money even for my day to day expenses and this company is making is harder for me . They not even initiating the return request. I've been stressed a lot lately help me in this.
