We had an AMC with Schindler and repairs is required for this one. which is covered in the contract and Schindler is refusing to honor the same inspite of being covered in the AMC. Schindler is maintaining the stand that the issue is power there the repairs is required. The power is controlled by government and we have no control on it. Schindler officers are not regular in carrying out the necessary inspections and checkups for the elevators and there is another complaint for this - Complaint number is ********
