Schindler India Private Limited - Faulty Product Delivered and Company Fraud

We purchased SCHINDLER **** IN Elevator lift for our newly constructed house. The order was placed in the midst of house construction on **-**-****. We made payment to the company in installments as per the contract. The company official told us to clear the payment after which they would install & start our elevator.
The full & final payment was made in January **** and our warranty period was to start from **-March ****.
After that we have called the company officials ***s of times but there is no response from their side. The elevator has not even been started as of today i.e **-**-****. We have made several phone calls and they have been making excuses to us like some part is missing, SMIC PCV is faulty, SCPU, PIT SWITCH, DOOR DRIVE , PIT PULLY not working.
How come so many parts of brand new elevator which has not been even started be faulty. The company told us to make payment for replacement of these parts which we made in May ****. They have been harassing us for past *-* years and making useless excuses but not starting the elevator. On repeated phone calls a technician visits , inspects and directs it to the other department. They have been fooling us . We have been duped , cheated , sold faulty elevator and forced to spend more money in the name of reconditioning & revalidation to buy *-* faulty spare parts to start the elevator, else our elevator would not be started and entire purchase amount would be wasted.

On **-**-**** after repated phone calls a technician visits with an old used SMIC PCV part to start the elevator. We have been charged for * spare parts and they bring just one part to start the elevator and that too used and old , unpacked .

We want urgent and strict action against the company and the officials who have been duped us of purchase amount and reconditioning charges for elevator. We want our entire amount refunded and we also want to stringently claim harasment damages worth Rs.******/- for fraud, cheating and *-* years of harasment.
