Myntra - Refusal of refund

I ordered a dress dupatta set by this brand called tara-c-tara. I wasnt completely satisfied with the quality so i raised a return .let me highlight that there was no price mentioned on the brand tag hence my pick up got declined. I was told by the agent that since the mrp is missing i need to get approval from myntra first. Now i have been constantly urging them to approve it but they just wouldnt listen to me. Twice my request got declined. I couldnt believe when they lied about the price tag being there when they shipped it. I can say for a fact that this brand does not mention its prices on the tag for some weird reason. How i am so sure because just a few days i had ordered another dress from their official website and even that did not have the price mentioned on its tag exactly like myntra’s. I shared images of both the dresses with myntra but they just wont reason with me. They are refusing to take my return which is so unfair to me.
