Quantico Global India Private Limited - Refunds

I was ordered for one SKETRA SMART RUN TREADMILL of amount Rs ***** paid on **/**/** (invoice attached). But since my family member admitted in hospital due covids on the same day ( he is still serious ), I was requested them to cancel the order on **th May early morning. But they started refused my calls & messages after heard that I want refunds against cancelation.
I was then file a complaint in voxya.com & then the marchant called me & promised for full refunds. They even updated against my order in their system full amount refunded (screenshot attached) , but yesterday I received Rs ***** against my paid amount Rs *****. Rs ****/- they have deducted without any concern or bill or details while they showing ***% refunded against my cancelation.
Sir, please arrange to get my refunds of Rs **** from QUANTICO GLOBAL INDIA PVT LTD, SKETRA TREAD MILL. They are cheated customers without details.
Please HELP.
I WANT TO GET BACK MY Rs. **** against my cancel order.
