I was placed an order for SKETRA SMART RUN TREADMILL on **/**/**** via. Order No. ***** of Amount ***** which I already PAID via Ph Pay.
But on the same day night one of my dear one got hospitalized due covid & he is very serious now. I need urgent money & I am trying to contact them to CANCEL the order immediately & arrange my REFUNDS. But they are not responding even I called them within their working hours. Chat messages done & informed them everything. But they are not replying.
I need the money immediately, so please arrange to cancel my order & arrange refunds immediately.
My patients is in ventilator & I need a lot of money for hospital bill. Please HELP
