I have closed my nextra connection for id ******* in march **** and there engg also taken the device and given me a modem recovery receipt . Spoken to customer care but didn't help. Raised a complaint with request no *********** on ** jun **** but no response.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
