I am using this connection for more then a year and there were many complaints made at customer care regarding frequentl disconnection. From last one year there was no resolution. Last month on ** Sept ****, I have done recharge of *** rs for month. On **nd June have sent an email to Nextra mentioning that my complaint is not yet resolved which was actually done on * Oct ****. There is no connectivity from last * days asin * Oct and they are asking for **** rs more for upgrading to fibre network. When I said that I can't pay **** rs as I already given **** as set up charges at the initial stage by cash and would not give again anymore charges apart from monthly rental. Today only they mentioned that continuing services is not possible from their end , and asked to me that once you make **** rs payment then only services would continue. I have asked that kindly refund my money if in case you can't resume services and they are not agreeing to this also. Emails are exchanging from last * days and what I presume that they are enjoying time so that post ** Oct my rental would expire and chapter would close from their end.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
