Sinchana filed complaint against Goibibo buses on Nov 8, 2020
Today I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Shivamogga. Although the booking hasn’t happened(no booking ID)my amount hasn’t been refunded yet. Asking your virtual assistant as told in the mail or the text message is of no use. Can you please sort this out and initiate my refund ASAP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
