I have book bus on ** of march from Raipur to Ranchi. I went to the bus operator on **nd of march to check. Bus operator has said bus has been canceled as booked time *;** pm kindly contact to the bus service or goibibo. I tried hard to connect but goibibo care number is not in use, i have emailed found chat link is also not working, then i have canceled my booking from app on **rd of march and the is written refund is initiated. Today i got a mail operator denied refund back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
