I pre-ordered ADIDAS Hellion Z M Running Shoes For Men and paid through Google pay( upi) the remaining amount on **/**/**** but the amount got debited but my order was not placed. It's been more than ** days ( more than the given time allotted to process the refund) and still it didn't reflect in my bank account. It's really disturbed my peace of mind as INR **** is not a small amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
