I have ordered a simple Mivi wired earphones from their site on **th july. But i cancelled the order * days later and asked for refund. I didnt get the refund till date.
They sent me a mail regarding on **th july and mentioned that i will get refund within **-** working days but i haven't got it yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
