I have choose a product cloth in online brand Lavanya the Label and bought through online payment done by my debit card via razorpay.I received confirmation mail only about the payment but not recieved any order id. Then I sent multiple mails to the customer service of the brand called Lavanya the label but they have asked me order id which I have never received from them and same thing I informed them.But after that they do not even bothered to reply any of my mails.I want my money back as refund.
