Lavanya the label - Manufacturing Defect and vendor delaying refund

I ordered a white lehanga from Lavanya the Label which was delivered defected with blue pen marks scribbled all over. I requested the company to initiate the return which was just as hard and inconvenient. The defected product was returned to the company with all relevant evidence pointing to manufacturing defect. For the past two months they have not been very responsive, no redressal and constantly delaying my refund! I have multiple emails from them confirming they will pay and every time they have another excuse. This has caused me undue hardship! Clearly they are out to get money from their customers by any means!
I want my full refund from the company as well as the amount spent to return their defected product and the constant follow up.
