Ordered charcoal facewash from beardo.in dated **th june, ****. After * days status got changed to Returned and there was no refund processed since ** days. And there is no information provided on why it was returned. E-mailed twice to support team and tried calling to customer care no. No response from bothe the ways. The order amount is Rs *** and order no. **********
