As I have purchased beardo trimmer in **** with * year warranty period.in **** (in warranty period),my trimmer got some issue.so,I have contacted to beardo Flipkart customer support.then,they have provided wake in customer service centre.then,I have given my product there.then,they have told me that this product will be replaced and they have updated that on Flipkart app for replacement.but due to price hike , seller have denied to replace and they have choosed to refund.that is going to loss of *** rupees for me because of I get refund then I have to purchase that product with *** more money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
