clear trip travel agent - refund

i am a travel agent i have booked * ticket from the clear trip travel agent b*b portal on dated ** sep **** for travel date of ** sep **** from delhi to ahmedabda in spice jet airlines flight number sg*** time was **:** departure time from the offer fare of clear trip portal.
on dated ** sep **** i have recievd one mail from the clear trip at *.** pm and i have read that mail at approx * pm. mail communication they are mentioned as your booked flight cancelled by the airlines and they are providing the alternate flight on same day at *.** pm.
for this conformation you are having** minutes of time if you are not conformed from the your side then we will confirm form over side as you accepted changes.
as i explained earlier i was checked the mail at * pm because our working hours is till * pm so i have not checked any communication but i have checked my mail and i have seen this email i have called to the clear trip imediately at *.** pm and i discussed related this issue and as per suggestion of the customer care person i sent mail that not feasible with this booking kindly give me another option.

till date the clear trips not providing me the compensation for which one i have booked for the customer at more than **, *** rs and they are denied the refund amount of my booked ticket which one cancelled by airline.
and informed to the claer trip related i am going to file the case.
pl find my mail conversation and both ticket copy in attached file.
please help me i have facing loss of more than ***** rupees
