clear trip travel agent - complaint against clear trip

Sub: RETAINTION OF TICKET FROM SYDNEY TO NEW DELHI OF ** AUG****

Reference is made to my complaint dated **.**.**** on the above subject.

I have booked my ticket from New Delhi to Sydney for **.**.**** and return on ** Aug **** on Air India vide clear trip id ************.and PNR No. TVE*KQ

When I approached for my cancellation on **.**.**** at **** hrs, your representative told me
I will get a refund of Rs.**,***/= aprox. I confirm for cancellation. on **.**.**** I received a mail that as per cancellation policy, there is no refund amount applicable, hence *.** refund amount.

I was surprised that I paid **,***/= or the round trip and for cancellation return there is o.oo amount refunded . How these two statements are there from your representative side. one is telling **,***/= or second is Nil refunded.

I am a Sr. Citizen from Defence is cheated by Clear trip which is highly objectionable.
I further request if that is the case is non refunded, than My original ticket may not be treated as cancelled, I am willing to travel on the same on ** Aug ****. Kindly confirm.

I hope that your will not allow me to move further higher.
