Complaint Reference: Booking ID #SSF********
I am filing this complaint against Travelsees / SastaSafar.com.
Despite confirming my booking (ID: SSF********), the company cancelled it from their side citing “non-availability of fares.”
The booking was made for a poor family using their own money, and now the amount has been stuck with the company. The company is delaying the refund, saying it will take *–* working days. This delay is highly unfair and has caused severe inconvenience to the family.
My demands:
Immediate refund of the full booking amount without further delay.
A clear explanation of why confirmed bookings are being cancelled.
Assurance that such irresponsible handling will not happen again.
I request urgent action and intervention from the concerned authorities.
