TRAVELSEES - EXCESS CHARGE THAN AGREED AMOUNT

Booked Flight ticket from Indigo yesterday, for *Adults and * Children TRV-SHJ through Travelsees.com
After showing Fare and Reconfirming with Airline before Payment, agreed to Pay Rs.**,*** for Booking. After receiving agreed payment successfully, Agency hold the Ticket for the same amount, but not make booking. After ** min, contacted me to give Extra Rs.**,***, saying Airline increased Fare and all * Adult Bookings are confirmed? and all * child tickets not booked! This was like Blackmailing, as they know i cannot book Child ticket alone without Adult ticket and all * Adult tickets they told already booked? Then i request to Travelsees Manager Mr. Yashpal Varma if he cannot keep the promised price, then don't make booking and Refund my cash, as still the booking was not made and No PNR was issued. Then he told Indigo will deduct Rs.****/passenger and forced me to make extra payment. I insisted Multiple times to Cancel the booking and Refund my cash, but he said will deduct charge by Indigo (Indigo supervisor confirmed within **hrs ZERO Deduction charges?) or Pay Extra if i need Booking for Children! They were Lying and Cheated Me!
This is sure conspiracy between Agency and Airline:
Fare HIDDEN on Indigo site. Contacted Indigo call center and even talked with Supervisor. She said this price is Hidden by Agency! Is this permitted by DGCA to allow Agency to hide the exact Payment amount made to Airline and Airline follow instruction of Agency and HIDE the exact payment from customer? This is pure violation of Consumer rights as the Invoice price sent by Agency (Rs. **,***) is different from Original amount collected (Rs.**,***+**,***=**,***)!
Agency ask for extra payment, saying booking cannot make since airfare increase. After taking extra money, confirm previously held booking with old price (Rs. **,*** as revealed from Hidden Fare breakup). Why Hide Fare breakup by Indigo?
Please take necessary Actions to Refund the extra cash of Rs.**,*** taken from me.
