complain is that, Conductor asked to take full ticket for my ** years * month child,where Full ticket is applicable only after completion of ** years as per rules mentioned in GSRTC website.
conductor denied to accept our request and take full ticket payment,even we saw them adhaar card of child to proof age.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
