I would like to bring to your notice an incident that occurred during my journey from Surat to Nandurbar on **/**/****.
While issuing tickets, the conductor provided tickets to both me and my friend without asking for our destinations. We immediately informed him that we required only one ticket to Nandurbar, while the other passenger had a different destination.
Instead of correcting the mistake politely, the conductor began shouting at us and behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort during our journey.
As passengers, we expect respectful and proper communication from staff members. Such behavior does not reflect well on the transport service.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
