Myself Vinay, i had a consultation with a doctor from one of the Vcare center, she told that i need a treatment for my skin problem. Then i have made a payment for that but later i realized that i have no time for the treatment process. I have requested for the refund at the Vcare center, they said “we are not allowed to refund the money directly, we have to ask our head”. And later they even said that the refund is not possible. But in the website it says that the refund is possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
