*) I am writing to formally inform you that due to my recent job transfer from Visakhapatnam to Delhi on February **, ****, My wife will not be able to utilize the hair removal services for which I have already made a full payment of ₹**,***/-, including the cost of medicine (₹*,***). Out of six sessions for which I made the payment we could use only one session.
*) I have attached my payment details along with my patient information (Anubha Wadhwa, Cust. ID- VGAJ********) for your reference. Additionally, I have included my transfer letter to provide further context regarding my situation.
*) Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the unused services. I appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter.
