On April *, ****, I placed an order for a pair of crocs. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed, and I finally received the package on April *, ****. To my disappointment, the shoes were the wrong size. Since then, I have been diligently trying to contact crocs customer service every day during their working hours, but no one has answered my calls. Additionally, the order status on their website still shows as "out for delivery," preventing me from initiating a return. It has been six days since I received the item, yet they have not updated the status to "delivered" or provided any assistance in processing a return. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received a refund or any updates on the status online. As a result, my money is currently tied up, and I am unable to return the shoes that are of no use to me due to the incorrect size. I am eager to take immediate action to address this issue.
