Simplilearn - Refund

They have asked to enroll in a batch of faculty which I didn't like and I raised my concern in each class. Later when I contacted my learning success manage to change my batch then he didn't pick my call as he has left the job. As per their policy learning success manage needs to take feed back after each ** days however, I didn't receive any call. When I later asked them to refund my money as I didn't find their faculty good or to extend my batch upto December then they told me that you have redeem your voucher of PMP and it is valid till Jun so we can't extend your batch till December ** and also we can't refund your money.
