All three items where returned on **th March **** worth Rs.**** and haven't recd a refund. On following up on *th April **** I was assured all parcels have reached warehouse and refund will be done shortly. On following up again on **th April I recd a Case ID - ********* which they denied refund too hence not done which is ridiculous as BlueDart always picks up the returns properly after checking. I need help with my refund.
