Kolors Healthcare India Pvt Ltd - Refund

I went to Kolors just for gathering information treatment for Skin Fairness, I paid consultation fee of Rs.***/- for this after that doc had explained me everything in consultation room, after that a lady who said as counsellor came in and explained me the package system, I insisted that I would finalize the deal by tomorrow but she said that this offer is only for today and we need to update the details then she offered me the package at **k, but also if we pay full amount then it would be **k. Then she suggested for an EMI I said it would be better than I went forward and checked one of known portal where my loan got rejected, then she suggested one more EMI where I need to pay the down payment, they are attracting customers by saying today only there is offer and we don't give these offers to anyone and all. Now the picture comes here she said the loan will be approved need not to worry then I gave all my details before applying the loan they scratched my credit card which is around **,*** rupees and after *-** minutes stated that the loan got rejected, Now I asked for a refund they gave me an offer again to pay **,*** then we will start your treatment, in refund policy of Kolors it is nowhere mentioned that to take first as down payment and later the loan would apply. They didn't offer me a trail/demo for the treatment, stated that this treatment causes **,*** for * session and need to undergo ** sessions and in offer you get this session at *k. The down payment what I paid is for * months. Now they are asking to me to try somewhere else to arrange the money or try to give someone's Pan card and name so that loan gets approve by his name but account details will be yours, Kindly help in this issue. I need my amount back.
