Kolors Healthcare India Pvt Ltd - Deficiency of service which was agreed to

I've signed up for complete skin peeling session for several body parts of mine, paid the whole amount as I was asked to persuaded to pay in the beginning and was assured ***% results in *sessions prescribed by them in the presence of my friend and now that my sessions were completed haven't acquired the results I was promised by the kolors consultants devi and Chaitanya, now when I have contacted them after the treatment about the grievance of not getting the results I've been firmly assured, they have informed me that *sessions only give partial results and not complete results, this information wasn't conveyed to me in the beginning as if it was I wouldn't have taken the treatment at kolors and would've resorted to some other clinic. I've paid INR ***** didn't get the results I was promised and assured and on top of it I'm currently being suggested by the consultants to pay and take additional sessions for the results I've been promised for the previously paid charge
