Investors Clinic - Refund

We initiated a purchase from Investor's clinic and gave a token advance of ******, but, due to some issue we requested them to cancel the deal and refund our money. But since then its more than a year they have'nt. Also, they took ***** from us and told us that they will offer some other investment and will adjust ****** in that, but that also never happened and now its ******+*****=******
Its been a year that we are following up for our hard-earned money and not getting any response and feeling so harassed.
