Happy Easy Go - Refund

I have booked one flight ticket PNR No: TD**J*, Ticket No: ************** Order Id: ****************** for a flight of Air Vistara from Cochin(Cok) to Delhi (DEL) on * March ****. But, unfortunately, This flight was cancelled by your airline due to the corona virus and Govt restrictions/technical reasons informed by Happyeasygo customer care team and confirmed by Air Vistara Customer Care. I have called the Vistara team , and they have confirmed to me that the amount was reversed to the booking agent. I have been following up with Happyeasygo Since June **** for a refund, Almost one year but the refund amount is not credited back to my account. Fed up now chasing them or suggested if you also can't help & request don't forward your apologies mail to me just provide me the solution if you . Customer care is always informing me to wait for ** days day after day but not refunding my hard earned money. It is requested to take up the matter with happyeasygo ecommerce agent to initiate my refund on priority. I have attached screenshots of mail received from and Happyeasygo Kindly do the needful.
