I bought a wecool product of a certain amount and the product was defected and it wasn't working at all
I filed a replacement thinking that this is a defected product and the replacement will be proper,but sadly even that was poor,I then filed for a refund on *th May ****, I waited days and days and no one came to pick up the parcel or no refund was processed,today (**th May) I checked and they have said do a re refund, I cancelled my refund and went to file a re refund but it showed that refund window is closed and I cannot refund this item anymore anyhow, this is a total scam and consumer exploitation to the maximum, please help me by refunding this item and getting my money back
