I have purchased earbuds amounting to rs *** from Amazon after * days window I want to return them and ask directly to the brand.
After requesting they are okay to provide the refund.
I myself ship the product which costs me *** rs.
After receiving their product they ask for replacement but I alredy reconfirmed them before shipping the product to initiate the refund.
Now they kept the product and the money as well.
I want my money back.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
