I booked ticket from air India on **th Feb.
The movement of flight was on **th Feb from bikaner to delhi and delhi to dehradun.
The flight got and I had to cancel it.
Now everything I call air India they say refund is initiated and tell lies ..like one person told me sir this is my name I myself is looking after your complaint and next time you call I will ensure you will get you refund ..when next time I called the person who received the call told me there is no such person here..
My refund of **** has not come from ** Feb till date..have called them *** times but they say sir it's initiated but don't send the money..
Pls look into the matter.
