ABHIJIT KUMAR filed complaint against Clear trip india on Apr 17, 2021

Air Asia PNR no-M*H*FP is booked on cleartrip.the airline intially refunded INR **** in the month of March in which Cleartrip refunded only **** and deducted **** as Cleartrip charges.later on giving requisite documents to Air Asia the airline refunded balance amount ***** on ** April.as Air Asia denied to board us the Cleartrip neither refunded ₹**** nor ₹*****. Every day I mail to Cleartrip they close the case and status show resolved.they have no customer support no.i appeal refund the same amount without deducting any charges as they got from Air Asia because the trip was cancelled by Air Asia
