On ** october **** I tried to order samsung galaxy on*.After I choosed the emi plan and everything I proceeded to the payment gateway.after entering the otp for the final transaction a message occurred that order not confirmed and we will update you once it gets confirmed and on the other hand message came from the bank that ***** had been debited from the account.so I tried to do the process again and again it shows the same message and this time ***** had been debited from the account.It's been more than ** days now and still I haven't got any update from flipkart regarding initiation of refund.The bank says money is claimed by merchant but flipkart says it doesn't.
