Myantra - Refund

I had ordered Puma Sutamina Sport shoes vide order No ******* ************** which was delivered to me on **.**.**. On receipt of this product on **.**.**, i checked it and find that size is big. Immediately within an hour of receiving the product i made refund request as size was not found available for this product. On **.**.** the product was picked up and refund was declined after Quality check.

My question is why the quality was declined as i have not use this product for a single minute. The time of delivering this product and refund request can be matched. If there is a size available i wouldn't made my refund. My humble request pl. Refund my money. Or be made available my size *.
