Myantra - No refund initiated for my cancelled order

I have ordered two us polo assn shirts on ** July that of cost **** & **** respectively that I cancelled both the shirts on ** July morning.The mode of payment was of Paytm upi.Thenafter I received refund of only one us polo assn shirt of cost **** to my account and not received the refund of another us polo assn shirt of cost ****,So I request you to kindly consider my request and ask them to initiate my refund as soon as possible
