Travollok - Refund was not given

I booked the ticket via Travolook from Chennai to Coimbatore on July **, **** and I paid Rs. *****/-. Unfortunately the ticket was cancelled due to operational reasons and I got the refund only Rs. **** after struggling a lot. I called more than *** times and and I had sent more than ** emails but the response was very poor and very bad. I got frustrated and had lot of harassment from Travolook. I see thousands of people are affected in this scam including some middle class people and they never refund the money even after months. Need to shutdown this fraud travel agent to ensure other customers are not affected like me. They are always cheating and looting money from the customers.
