Travollok - Refund Pending Since 1 Month Travolook

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within ** to ** days. I sent many mails and also called but received only false promises from there end , further more would request kindly try to sealed and arrest owner of this company .
