Just wanted to inform you that I have a booked a ticket with reference # UQEP*F LAST NAME ROY as on ** th January ****.
The ticket is cancelled by Indigo and money also got deducted from my amex card.
Now when I asking for the email confirmation of my refund status none of the customer care service agent proving me the same after following up for so long. The amount is quite high so I need a immediate refund for the same and an email confirmation so that I can provide the same to my bank or else unnecessarily I have to pay the interest for my credit card account
Would need your intervention at the earliest.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
