Myntra - Refund stuck

Almost two weeks ago, I initiated a return request for an expensive product and have been waiting ever since for the pickup. Because the pickup has been repeatedly delayed and automatically cancelled several times, my refund is also stuck.
I was so anxious about missing the pickup that I worked from home for two days when the pickup was scheduled.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of accessible customer support. There is no customer service number or email address available for customers to directly reach out. Only they can contact me, it seems. And my other option is to check the pickup status through their app.
As a customer, I understand that delays can happen, but keeping customers waiting for weeks for a return pickup, especially when a significant amount of money is involved, is not acceptable.
