Disha Dua filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 2, 2026
I ordered a few things from Flipkart Minutes on **.**.****, among which was a "YELLOW CHIMES Gold-plated Plated Stainless Steel Chain" since it seemed to be low quality, losing its coating within ** days of which it was worn only twice for a couple of hours. The return window of the product was open, and hence I returned it to Flipkart Minutes on **.**.****. According to Flipkart website, I was refunded for the same on **.**.****. However, till date, ie., **.**.****, I have NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. They credited a majority of the refund as "Flipkart coins" which they did refund, and then expired the same day, hence making them unusable!! This is not my first or only complaint against Flipkart. I feel like I have been targeted by the company for some reason as I have other pendancies, delays and refunds yet to be processed by the company DESPITE THE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS I MAKE TO REACH OUT TO THEM. I am exhausted by this company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
