Spicejet and makemytrip - Refund Spicejet booked during COVID19

Rajender Singh filed complaint against Spicejet and makemytrip on Dec 22, 2020

I had booked the Spicejet flight on **th Feb **** for Jammu - Bangalore dated ** Apr ****.
During the lockdown the flight was cancelled and the amount as put up in the Shell credit.

Recently after court directions, this money was supposed to be returned to customer accounts and not hold up as shell credit.

Customer care numbers of Spicejet and Makemytrip doesnt work. Their automated bot agent doesn't help to resolve this issue. So need help in this regards to get my refund from Spicejet & Makemytrip.
