WITH RESPECT TO THE ,Booking id NF************** , with make my trip.
TOTAL PAYMENTS WERE RS*****/- against my flight during the may **** corona pandemic , the airlines had cancelled the flights , DUE TO NON OPERATIONAL . REFUND OF **** RS STILL PENDING TOWARDS , AIRLINES FEES AND MMT CONVENIENCE FEE, I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW CAN THE AIRLINES AND MAKE MY TRIP DEDUCTED THE FEES WHEN RHE FLIGHT WAS NON OPERATIONAL.
THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND DOING FRAUD., FROM BOTH THE SIDES AS IM HAVING PROOF MENTIONING FULL REFUND FROM MAKE MY TRIP.
